Cynthia’s customer service background has revolved around building strong client relationships. Her previous experience in a fast-paced mortgage office, and in the medical and insurance industries, couple well her creative side. Cynthia has a Bachelor of Arts degree from Cal Poly, Pomona and while she is very analytical, she can also be an out of the box thinker when it comes to providing solutions to streamline workflows.
As our Operations Manager, she keeps all aspects of the office running smoothly. Cynthia assists with special projects and is the first to step up to help when someone requires assistance. She has been with us since the Fall of 2019 and quickly became an integral part of our team and a huge contributor to the growth of our firm. Cynthia is working towards completing her licensing to strengthen and support her role with our advisors and valued clients.
While away from the office, Cynthia enjoys traveling, time with family and friends, running, getting her Vitamin “Sea” and catching a Giants game.
